FAITH BA$ED – A New Film Featuring Lost Moon Castmembers

FAITH BASED, a feel-good indie send-up of the Christian film industry, is now available to watch anywhere you can rent or buy movies. It’s the story of two best friends who realize the easiest path to some quick cash would be to make a faith-based movie, even though they know very little about religion and nothing about filmmaking.

Written by Luke Barnett and directed by Vincent Masciale, Faith Based stars Barnett and Tanner Thomason, with supporting performances by Lance Reddick and Jason Alexander and cameos by Margaret Cho and David Koechner. It also features appearances by no fewer than FOUR members of Lost Moon Radio: Dan Mahoney, Frank Smith, Mikey Wells, and Ryan Harrison! You may not have realized that you’ve always wanted to see Mahoney in an axe-throwing contest with Daniels from The Wire, but you surely unconsciously have and now you can on Prime Video, Apple TV, and several other streaming platforms!

Lost Moon fans will also appreciate Ryan’s turn as the lead singer of Lambsong, a gospel folk rock band who appear in the movie performing their song “I Hung a Cross” (which Ryan also wrote). Here’s the music video!
